As a corporation, West believes in supporting a variety of both local and national charities and encourages all employees to become involved in their communities by participating in a variety of organized volunteer activities. Our West Cares program recognizes individuals who go out of their way to contribute their time and talent to local or national charities. Whether it be giving blood at a blood drive, painting a home for Habitat for Humanity or collecting food and blankets for the local homeless shelter, West employees can always be depended upon to provide assistance to those in need.
