What We’re Hiring For:
- Client Contact Center Agent (Full Time)
Event Date: 1/16/18
Time: 9 AM – 4 PM CST
Location: 11420 Blondo Street, Suite 103, Omaha, NE 68164
Starting Pay: $13.50/hr
Schedule: Monday thru Friday (various shifts available)
You will be a general human resources Contact Center Agent. Assisting clients with updating their information such as home address, payroll/direct deposit, recording their time worked, applying for other job postings, training records, and various manager functions. Providing general troubleshooting tips on how to successfully navigate our phone system and websites. You will also be responsible for reviewing the client’s company policies.
This is not a sales job. We provide paid training with flexible schedules and weekends off.
