E9-1-1 Feature Spotlight: Automatic IP Phone Tracking

This webinar provides an overview of why on-site security personnel should be notified when someone on your network dials 9-1-1, the different standard and enhanced security notification methods available, and how you can easily and cost-effectively implement security desk routing and notification features in your own deployment

E9-1-1 Feature Spotlight: E9-1-1 Call Routing

When someone on your network dials 9-1-1, it is essential that their call and location information reach the right Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). However, given the centralized nature of VoIP and UC systems, ensuring calls are sent to the appropriate PSAP can be challenging.

Implementing an E9-1-1 call routing solution that can meet the challenges presented by VoIP and UC is critical. This webinar will cover the key requirements of E9-1-1 call routing, the different E9-1-1 call routing solutions available today, and how you can select the best E9-1-1 call routing solution for your organization.

E9-1-1 Feature Spotlight: On-Site Security Notification

In emergency situations, on-site security personnel are ideal first responders but often are not advised of the crisis until public safety arrives on-scene.

Security desk routing and notification features ensure on-site security personnel are immediately made aware of any E9-1-1 calls, and have the information they need to assist in a crisis. This webinar provides an overview of why on-site security personnel should be notified when someone on your network dials 9-1-1, the different standard and enhanced security notification methods available, and how you can easily and cost-effectively implement security desk routing and notification features in your own deployment.

E9-1-1 For Distributed Networks

This webinar focuses on E9-1-1 for organizations with distributed networks. These deployments consist of UC systems deployed in centralized data centers with locations across multiple cities and states. They usually also have users working from home and/or on the road.

This architecture can present significant challenges for E9-1-1 such as 9-1-1 calls getting routed to the wrong Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), inaccurate 9-1-1 caller location information and limited access to E9-1-1 services for remote users.

View this webinar and learn how to:

  1. Ensure 9-1-1 calls and location information are delivered to the appropriate PSAP.
  2. Ensure reliable E9-1-1 support for work-at-home users and road warriors.
  3. Automatically track the locations of IP phones as they move on the network.
  4. Provide effective, real-time notification to on-site security during emergencies.

E9-1-1 for SMBs

This webinar focuses on E9-1-1 for small and medium businesses. These deployments usually consist of 50 to 500 users, either in a single building or spread out across multiple locations.

SMBs in a single location typically require that granular location information be provided to the local PSAP in order to meet state legislation. SMBs with multiple locations typically have their UC system in a central data center and require that 9-1-1 calls be routed to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in the caller’s regional area and not the PSAP serving the main office.

View this webinar and learn how to:

  1. Ensure emergency calls are sent to the correct PSAP.
  2. Deliver a caller’s accurate location information to the PSAP.
  3. Meet E9-1-1 requirements in a simple and cost-effective manner.

E911 for UCaaS

A critical component of any UCaaS solution is reliable and accurate E9-1-1 service. However, when it comes to providing E9-1-1 to their customers, UCaaS providers face several key challenges.

They also require a 9-1-1 solution that can meet the particular needs of any customer – including those with headquarter locations, branch offices, and teleworkers – without requiring intensive solution customization or manual administration.

View this webinar and learn how to:

  1. Ensure customer emergency calls are sent to the correct Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP).
  2. Deliver a caller’s accurate location information to the PSAP.
  3. Provide E9-1-1 support for customers with remote workers.
  4. Maintain up-to-date caller-location information in the face of high phone mobility.
  5. Integrate a customer’s on-site security team in the emergency response.
  6. Deploy a 9-1-1 solution that integrates with your delivery model.
