PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS
Educational Services offers a wide range of training programs and courses presented by an experienced team of training professionals. All of our End User and Technical trainers have past experience in public safety dispatch centers. For complete course outlines please see the Course Catalog.
Our team of professional trainers will ensure, through a combination of classroom training, hands-on exercises and reference materials that our clients have an in-depth understanding of how to efficiently install, configure, manage and use Intrado systems.
Technical Certification training courses are designed to prepare Channel Partner Technicians and Public Safety IT professionals to install and maintain Call Handling Systems. These classes provide in-depth training on core Call Handling products from system configuration, system architecture, installation, maintenance to advance fault isolation.
End User and Administrator courses are available, and are conducted on site, with the agency’s installed system. This enables the End Users and Administrators to have full knowledge of, and input into, how the system will operate after training.
Educational Services is also pleased to offer on-demand eLearning sessions for site Administrators and End Users. This provides a cost effective, and timely, training solution for sites needing to enhance existing skills, prepare for software upgrades or help bring new hires up to speed on the Intrado systems.
